| Electronic Filing – It’s Not Just for 1040s Anymore
Do you prepare 940, 941, 990, 990-ES, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120-POL, 1120-S or 8868 returns? If so, you may need to
update your 8633.
A new or updated Form 8633 must be filed, complete with the indication of what type of returns you plan to
electronically file. Otherwise, you will not be authorized to transmit these returns. The IRS will accept 8633s
all year long, but it can take up to 45 days to get approval. Submit yours today so there is no delay.
