Spanish Support Spotlight

Estella Torres is a Spanish Customer Support Representative on Drake Software’s technical support team and has been with Drake for four years. This fall, Estella will teach a Spanish version of two classes at the Florida and California Update Schools.

Estella was born in Queretaro, Mexico. She moved to the United States at the age of 5 and lived in Texas until 1991 when she moved to Franklin, North Carolina. Estella enjoys spending time with her three children: Jose, age 10; Alexandria, age 9; and Sarah, age 7.
