Drake Trains Customers in Cities Across the Country

To help them prepare for the hustle and bustle of tax season, thousands of Drake customers have taken advantage of the 2004 Drake Software Update Schools. Update schools were hosted in 32 different locations.
Each year, Drake Software customers are invited to learn what’s new with Drake Software and about changes in tax law for the coming year. Classes cover data entry for Form 1040 and states, software setup, research tools, Client Write-Up, and current and impending tax law changes.
Update school team members hail from across Drake Software, including programmers, business analysts, client service representatives, the client relations management team, education department, and even the chief operating and chief financial officers of the company.
